Can we offer installments without automatically charging customers?
Yes. You can offer an installment schedule and send payment reminders so travelers pay each installment themselves. Automatic charging is also available with the traveler’s authorization.
Can travelers pay in different currencies?
Yes. Tourseta supports multi-currency payments. Available payment and payout currencies depend on your payment provider and account setup. Our team can help you identify the options for your business.
Can we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes, where supported and enabled through your connected payment provider. Availability also depends on the traveler’s device and location.
Does Tourseta hold our money?
No. Your payment provider processes customer payments and pays the funds out to your bank account. Payout schedules, reserves and other processing conditions are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Can we use Stripe or Airwallex?
Yes. Tourseta also offers integrations with Stripe and Airwallex. Available payment methods, currencies and features vary by provider, and our team can help you choose the right setup.
Are processing fees included in our Tourseta subscription?
Payment processing fees are separate from your Tourseta plan. We’ll explain the applicable fees and any tailored rates available for your business.
